1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
3 c. milk
Melt the butter, mix flour with some of the milk to make a paste, then add the rest of the ingredients. Mix all ingredients well with a whisk. Heat a 10.5 inch skillet, melt 1/2 tbsp. of butter or non-stick cooking spray in pan. When hot, pour 1/4 cup of batter into pan. Swirl batter to cover the bottom of the pan. Cook until browning and easy to lift and flip, cooking another minute or until the second side is brown. Remove and repeat.
These make great treats as you can also freeze a bunch (making sure you have wax paper in between each) and take them out and heat as many or as little when needed. Top with syrup, fruit spreads and sauces.
